Where we deliver, what it costs, and when your order arrives.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Karnataka only. We do not ship outside Karnataka or outside India. Enter your PIN code in the basket or at checkout to see exactly what applies to your address before you order.

Charges and delivery times

Bengaluru city

  • Delivery charge: ₹99.00 per order.
  • Free delivery on orders of ₹2,500.00 or more (after any discount).
  • Earliest delivery: 2 days after you order. You choose the delivery date and time slot at checkout.
  • Cash on delivery available for orders up to ₹5,000.00.
  • Only products that keep for at least 2 days can be sent here, so that they arrive fresh. Products with a shorter shelf life are marked at checkout.

Karnataka (outside Bengaluru)

  • Delivery charge: ₹150.00 per order for up to 1 kg, plus ₹49.00 for each additional kg.
  • Free delivery on orders of ₹2,500.00 or more (after any discount).
  • Earliest delivery: 2 days after you order. You choose the delivery date at checkout.
  • Cash on delivery is not available here; please pay online at checkout.
  • Only products that keep for at least 7 days can be sent here, so that they arrive fresh. Products with a shorter shelf life are marked at checkout.

How delivery works

  • Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched for the delivery date you chose.
  • We send you an email when your order is dispatched and when it is delivered, and you can follow it any time on Track your order.
  • Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the order, and that the address and phone number are correct.
  • Check the package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, tell us as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Delays

We deliver on the date you choose whenever we can. Occasionally heavy rain, festival traffic, strikes or road closures delay a delivery; if that happens we will contact you, and you may cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched for a full refund.
